RC999 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

Welcome to RC999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and RC999 ("RC999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RC999 platform, including all games, promotions, and services available through the website at rc999.vu and the RC999 mobile application.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on RC999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

RC999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use RC999, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RC999 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any stage, and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must be the sole owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or be employed in any role that creates a conflict of interest with playing on the platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from RC999 under any username or account.

RC999 does not verify compliance with local laws of jurisdictions outside its operational scope. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the platform is lawful in your location before you register.

3. Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on RC999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, RC999 reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any balances or pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Any deliberately false information supplied during registration or during a subsequent verification request will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. RC999 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. RC999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

RC999 may request identity verification documents at any time. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is designed to protect both you and the platform. Requested documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID, plus proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits

All transactions on RC999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). RC999 currently supports the following deposit methods:

• Raast – Interbank instant payment transfers
• Bank Transfer – Direct bank-to-bank deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. RC999 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits are credited to your RC999 wallet as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, contact support with your transaction reference and the team will resolve it promptly.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are shown in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

RC999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a routine security measure to protect your funds.

If you believe a withdrawal has been delayed without explanation, contact our support team with your withdrawal request ID and we will investigate immediately.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

RC999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account. RC999 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

RC999 monitors bonus activity to detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any resulting winnings removed, and may be subject to account closure.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active and incomplete is not permitted. Check your active bonus status in your account before claiming a new offer.

7. VIP Programme

RC999 operates a multi-tier VIP programme open to all registered players. Your VIP tier is determined by your cumulative wagering activity across all game types — slots, fish games, live casino, and sports betting all count towards your progress.

Higher VIP tiers unlock benefits including weekly cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and access to exclusive promotions not available to general players.

• RC999 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or the structure of the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the registered account holder.
• RC999 may downgrade a player's VIP tier if their activity falls below the minimum wagering threshold required to maintain that tier during a given review period.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 Fair Play

All games on RC999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer operations. Game outcomes are not influenced by RC999 and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. By playing on RC999 you accept that game results are final once confirmed by the system.

8.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection, server interruption, or software error — RC999 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to your account balance. RC999's decision on disputed rounds is final.

8.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RC999:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform on your behalf
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables
• Placing bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through abuse of promotions
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods

RC999 reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. In serious cases, RC999 may report relevant information to appropriate authorities.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on RC999 cover Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), Football, Esports, and other sports. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available where stated. All sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. RC999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started if a pricing error is identified.

9. Responsible Gaming

RC999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and sustainable. Gaming is entertainment — it is not a reliable way to make money, and you should never play with funds you cannot afford to lose.

RC999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you after a set duration of continuous play, helping you keep track of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need a break, you can temporarily exclude yourself from RC999 for a defined period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 RC999's Right to Suspend

RC999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that:

• The player has provided false information during registration or verification
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity
• The player has breached any part of these Terms
• There is suspicious or unusual account activity that requires investigation
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your RC999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any eligible balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure at your request.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. RC999 may charge a monthly inactivity fee on dormant account balances after this period. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account.

11. Privacy and Data

RC999 collects and processes your personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

RC999 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, RC999 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of RC999 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
